Site Supervisor

On behalf of our client, we are looking for their future Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for :

• To be the technical reference on site for the contractors’ supervisors
• Guide and lead the CW contractor(s)
• Coordinate CW site activities
• Lead the weekly meetings and write the minutes of meeting
• Establish and update the detailed execution schedule, based upon the project general time schedule.
• Check and approve the contractors’ execution methods, together with the HSSE Supervisor
• Follow-up of the progress, and report any delays to the Site Manager
• Supervise the quality of the works;
• Undertake inspections of all aspects of the work and record these accordingly. Establish and follow-up the snagging lists at the end of the works
• Issue a non-conformity report if and when the executed works aren’t as specified in the technical documents, or up to the required standards. This report will be sent to the QAQC Manager or to the Site Manager.
• Assist the Site Manager in preparing such documents and information as is necessary for the weekly and monthly meetings, and the monthly progress reports.
• Fulfil any other reasonable roles and duties that the Site Manager may require as the project progresses.
• Prepare the hand-over / site readiness documents between the different contractors
