On behalf of our client, we are looking for their future Building Project Manager for a long-term assignment in Côte d'Ivoire.
The contract is a long-term assignment on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for :
- Technical coordination
- Supervision and execution of works
- Follow-up of studies and design
- Management of subcontractors and personnel
- Team management
Skills
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position and in civil engineering projects.
- Engineering profile
- Experience of working on buildings of over 20,000m² (shopping malls, factories, hospitals, universities, etc.)
- Accustomed to working on large-scale expatriate projects for building and civil engineering majors essential
