Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present conditions are governed by Swiss law, as are all relations between the user and the site and LIA. In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement of a dispute between the user and LIA, the courts and tribunals of the jurisdiction of LIA’s registered office shall have sole jurisdiction..
