Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Managing Director (M/F) to support the overall management and development of a large-scale project in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Managing Director in the overall leadership and strategic direction of the project.
  • Oversee and coordinate operational activities and project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and key partners.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, costs, quality and contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to negotiations and major strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective coordination between local teams and international stakeholders.
Compétences

Your Profile :

  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of large-scale construction, infrastructure or complex project environments.
  • International experience, ideally within Africa and/or Nigeria.
  • Strong operational, project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to operate effectively in complex, multicultural and demanding environments.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent professional English.
