On behalf of our client, we are looking for a TCE Project Manager for the Ivory Coast.
The contract is a long-term assignment on a CDIC basis.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Participate in responses to invitations to tender
- Study upstream projects in terms of technical feasibility, costing and necessary manufacturing processes
- Manage subcontractors
- Plan work by monitoring construction operations
- Plan the proper management of construction sites
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets and finances
- Define and comply with prevention rules applicable to worksites
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position and in civil engineering projects.
- Engineering profile
- Experience on buildings over 30,000m² (shopping malls, factories, hospitals, universities, etc.)
- Accustomed to working on large-scale expatriate projects for construction majors essential
